I began my healing path through attending shamanic healing circles more than 25 years ago.
I moved to Kingston, Ontario and graduated from the Addictions Counselling under graduate program through McMaster University. In 1999 I founded the Reiki Centre of Kingston.
Since then I broadened my interests and became certified in many healing modalities and yet I find Reiki and Shamanic Healing to be the most powerful and transformational.
Reiki and spiritual healing combines well with Colour and Sound, Tuning Forks, Aromatherapy and Crystals.
Numerology combines well with Shamanic Spiritual Guidance which I call Shamanic Coaching. I offer shamanic coaching and counselling techniques as well as Tarot Readings and Healing Sessions that bring all of this into a powerful synergy … the whole being greater than the sum of the parts.
I love to blend together different techniques in one session, that I intuitively design especially for you, in that moment. And so “Advanced Reiki Practitioner Diploma” was born and includes modules working with tuning forks, aromatherapy, shamanic healing and colour.
The same program is offered without Reiki as a Pre-Requisite and offers certification as

My heart and soul sings when I am involved in shamanic healing and counselling and this is where I feel powerful healing can take place.
I completed the 2 Year Shamanic Teacher Training Program with Sandra Ingerman and offer classes and a one year program in shamanic spiritual healing. I also studied with the Harner Group – Foundation for Shamanic Studies.
I am narrowing my path to focus on that which gives me bliss – Bringing you Healing Sessions and classes in Reiki and Shamanic Healing and Readings to inspire you and REFIRE YOUR SPIRIT. In narrowing my focus I find a broadening of happiness, peace and purpose!
